    Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, his wife and a high-level delegation of Vietnam paid an official visit to Singapore and attended the 32nd ASEAN Summit at the invitation of Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on 25-28 April.

  • Sri Lankan Parliamentary Speaker successfully wrapped up Vietnam visit

    At the invitation of President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Gabriela Cuevas Barron and Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Netherlands, Khadija Arib, a high-ranking delegation of the National Assembly of Vietnam, led by Party Politburo member, Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan attended the 138th IPU General Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland and paid an official visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands on 24-30 March 2018.

  • Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended the third Mekong River Commission Summit

    Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and a high-level delegation of the Vietnamese Government attended the third Mekong River Commission (MRC) Summit themed "One Mekong One Spirit” at the invitation of Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen in Siem Reap, Cambodia from 4-5 April 2018.

  • Strengthening Vietnam-France strategic partnership

    At the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong paid an official visit to the Republic of France on 25-27 March. High-level exchanges addressed major international and regional issues, as well as developments in bilateral relations with the celebration of the 45th of the diplomatic ties and 5th year of strategic partnership in 2018.

  • South Korean President Moon Jae-in paid a State visit to Vietnam

    President Moon Jae-in of the Republic of Korea (RoK) and his wife paid a State visit to Vietnam at the invitation of President Tran Dai Quang. This is the first State visit to Vietnam by President Moon Jae-in. The visit was successful with the issuance of the Vietnam-South Korea Joint Statement.

  • Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc’s official visit to Australia and participation in the ASEAN-Australia Summit

    At the invitation of Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and a high-level delegation of Vietnam paid an official visit to Australia and attended the ASEAN-Australia Summit on 14-18 March. The visit agenda included 43 diverse activities in two cities, Canberra and Sydney, Australia.
